Douglas Chamberlin

Douglas Chamberlin

Thank you to Pam Nichols for passing this on:

It is with a very sad heart that I pass on that Doug Chamberlin passed away last year.

According to his wife Sue, he was hit by a car while riding his bike.

Very involved in band and soccer, he always had a smile, a laugh – a good friend to many of us.

Doug always generated a positive vibe every time I saw or interacted with him.   May God bless Doug.

Thank you for passing on the information about Doug.  I remember him well from NHS.  We'd chat often.  He was a quiet pensive type and we'd bounce thoughts off each other.  I can picture him riding his bike.  So very sorry to hear about his passing.  RIP Doug.

It was sad news to hear that Doug passed away. We were in band together and shared many happy times at band rehearsals, at football games and on band trips. It was always fun to catch up with Doug at our high school reunions. Doug played the baritone horn in the Needham High School band and my son also played the baritone horn when he was in the Needham High School band. Whenever I saw him playing the baritone horn, he reminded me of Doug. I will miss Doug's great smile and positive attitude.
